Questions

Frequently asked questions

Have a question that is not answered here? Get in touch.

Who will actually do the work?

Bryce Perdomo, CPP, personally. He leads every walkthrough, interview and briefing and writes every report. The person you meet is the person who does the work.

Can you help with a Nonprofit Security Grant application?

Yes. We conduct the site-specific vulnerability assessment that the Nonprofit Security Grant Program requires and document each vulnerability so it links to the projects you request. We can also brief whoever prepares your application. We do not write or submit the application itself.

How much does an engagement cost?

Each engagement has a fixed fee agreed in writing before work begins, based on your site and scope. The introductory call is free, and it is all we need to quote a fee.

Do you sell guard services or security equipment?

No. We are independent: we do not sell guard hours, cameras or access control systems, so our recommendations are based only on your risk. We can oversee your existing security contractor and help you evaluate vendors.

How do you keep our information confidential?

Everything we learn about your organization is treated as confidential. We sign nondisclosure agreements on request, and we never share one client’s information with another client or with any other organization Bryce works for.

How quickly will you respond?

We reply to new requests within one business day. Engagement schedules, including on-site visits, are agreed in writing before work begins.

What kinds of organizations do you work with?

Our focus is schools and nonprofits: organizations that serve people in open, busy buildings. We also work with businesses and public agencies. Each engagement is scoped to the size and needs of the organization.
